Return any item, for any reason, up to 30 days after you bought it.

We want you to be totally confident about every order you place, so we have a 30 day no-quibble returns policy to put your mind at ease.

It doesn't matter if you don't like the item when it arrives, or whether you just didn't get on with the product/s.

Just return it to us using the simple A, B, C steps below.

How to return an item

Returning a product is easy.

A. Package up your return securely, include as much of the original packaging as possible, along with the despatch note or invoice you received. If you cant find the despatch/ invoice please log in to your account and print one off. You can sign in HERE.

B. Post the item to us, letting us know if you want a refund or a replacement. You do not need to return your item by recorded post, but please obtain a certificate of posting from your Post Office.

C. Once we receive your return, will be process either a refund or replacement as requested. Please allow up to 30 days.

Our returns policy and your rights

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days. We are happy to increase that to 30 days for your peace of mind.
